A Certified Financial Planner® professional with 15 years of industry experience, Tyler Ozanne heads the team at Ozanne Financial Services, which was founded by his grandfather in 1950. Truly a family business, Tyler comes in next down the line after his father, who worked for the business alongside his grandfather.

Tyler earned his BBA in Financial Consulting from Southern Methodist University, and holds his Series 7, 66 and 24 securities licenses, as well as General Life, Disability and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses. While he has dabbled in other career avenues having previously worked in the United States Senate for the State of Texas, Tyler knew from a very early age that he had a penchant for creating financial solutions. At just six years old, he began growing his first mutual fund account that his father opened for him. Tyler’s father taught him the foundational principles of financial planning: budgeting, investing, time-value of money, and compounding interest – concepts which he grasped with quickness and ease, paving the way to his eventual career, becoming a professional advisor.

It’s not just Tyler’s love of all things financial that fuels his business today. He derives a deep satisfaction from truly making a difference in his clients’ lives, as he watches them achieve their financial goals. He helps them do this by offering personalized guidance and viable solutions, while inspiring financial confidence.

Tyler is a Dallas native, born and raised. In his free time, he loves spending quality time with his wife, Sarah, and their son, little Porter. While Tyler loves staying active hiking, golfing and swimming, his greatest passion of all is his Christian faith, the foundation upon which he rests. He is active in the Christian community through the Presbyterian Church as a Ruling Elder at New St. Peter’s Presbyterian Church in Dallas. He is also involved in the community at large in various other organizations, including Dallas CASA, Dallas Aquatic Masters, Southern Methodist University Alumni Association and Highland Park High School Alumni Association.
